- If what you're asking about is a physical connection, then, yes; you
- just need an ISDN telephone (or other adapter) with a POTS jack on it.

- station to another station with a V.34 modem on a POTS line, then the
- answer is "maybe." ISDN phone calls come in a number of flavors, one of
- which is PCM-encoded voice. If it's a modem over a voice channel, then
- that will work. If the ISDN call is any kind of data call or DOSBS,
- then you can't do that.
